Newtonville Books in Newton Centre, MA
Newtonville Books has opened a day earlier than originally planned, and is open from 9am to 9pm today at its new location, 10 Langley Road in Newton Centre, Newton, MA.
The new hours are 11am-7pm Sunday, and 9am-9pm Monday to Thursday.
Its grand opening will be held next Thursday, April 5, at 7pm, with special guests mayor Setti Warren and authors Anita Diamant, Atul Gawande, Amy Hempel, Alice Hoffman, and Tom Perrotta, among others.
Newtonville Books announced tonight it will move to Newton Centre this April, due to increased demand for space for its events and from patrons closer to a T-stop. Its name will not change.
